This beautiful track provides spectacular rugged vistas of ancient towns, the Pontine plain, and cattle ranches. |

05. Sezze to Abbazia di Fossanova |
The walk descends into the foothills along rural paths and roads and leads to a priceless treasure of Cistercian architecture. |

06. Abbazia to Terracina |
The path runs between the foothills and fields of diverse crops, before rejoining the Via Appia as we enter the port city. |
