After walking back up the hill from Celle and turning left on the SP126 Troia is soon visible in the distance. This is a long descent along the road into Troia, which is much larger than it appears from a distance. The climb up to the city center is rewarded with a large shaded park. The cathedral in Troia has a fascinating rose window made of stone. Legend has it that Troia was founded by the Greeks after they had destroyed the ancient Troy.
