Bari to Durres to Thessaloniki

The word Qafe means "pass" in Albania. Qafe Thane is near the Albanian border with North Macedonia and offers the only crossing on this side of Lake Ohrid. Lake Ohrid is an ancient and deep late, a UNESCO heritage site, and one of Titan's lakes is named after it. Todays walk is full of a wild diversity of plants and wildlife.
